Personalized Portraits & Made-to-Order Products
WallTec specializes in personalized products that incorporate your pet’s likeness. Because each item is produced specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been submitted.
Our team begin work shortly after you check out. This allows us to keep turnaround times low but means orders cannot be cancelled or modified after submission.
If Something Isn’t Right
Customer happiness drives everything we do. If the piece you receive arrives damaged, is the wrong product, or differs from the size or material you selected, contact support@walltecprints.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and the shipping label. We’ll investigate and replace eligible items at no extra cost.
If you’re unhappy with the artwork itself, reach out. We’ll review the portrait, your reference photo, and any design notes you provided to see how we can help.
Photo Quality & Design Notes
WallTec’s portrait flow starts with the photo you upload and the style, size, and product options you select. The quality of your reference image has a major impact on the final result.
Please follow our photo guide before uploading. Low-resolution, noisy, heavily shadowed, or poorly cropped images can limit the quality of the generated artwork and finished product, and we cannot issue refunds when the source photo falls short.
Before checkout, review the artwork preview and the product options you selected. Your final print or digital product is produced from the preview, crop, size, frame, and add-ons you approve, so please double-check those details carefully.
Every example on walltecprints.com is based on clear, high-resolution imagery and carefully reviewed product previews. Matching that level of input is the easiest way to help your portrait come out beautifully.
Promo Codes & Store Policies
Only one promo code may be used per order. Codes are non-transferable, may include exclusions, and can change or expire without notice. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
