This website and online storefront are operated by WallTec LLC (“WallTec”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Throughout the site, WallTec provides information, tools, product configurators, and made-to-order products conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions, and policies described here.

By accessing walltecprints.com, commissioning a portrait, generating artwork through our AI tools, or purchasing anything from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to every visitor, customer, collaborator, and contributor. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the site.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility & Online Store Terms

You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you are the age of majority and have provided consent for any minor dependents to use the site. You may not use our services for unlawful purposes or violate any applicable laws.

You must not transmit destructive code, interfere with our infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access. Any breach of these Terms may result in termination of your access.

General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason at any time, including but not limited to suspected fraud or misuse.

Non-payment data (for example, uploaded images or shipping details) may transit unencrypted across networks to power order routing and fulfillment. Sensitive payment data is always encrypted end-to-end via Stripe.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission. Section headings are included for convenience only.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep product descriptions, pricing, and FAQs current, but we do not guarantee that every detail on the site is accurate, complete, or up to date. Content is provided as general information and should not be the sole basis for decisions. Historical information is provided for reference only.

We may modify the contents of the site or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.

Modifications to Products, Services, or Prices

Prices, promotions, and shipping fees are subject to change without notice. We may change or discontinue any product, configurator flow, or digital download at any time.

We are not liable to you or a third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Products, Services & Custom Artwork

Many WallTec offerings are made-to-order portraits fulfilled by our production partners (including print laboratories) or delivered digitally. Quantities may be limited, and availability may differ by region.

We make best efforts to display colors and mockups accurately, but your device screen, image cropping, and the handcrafted nature of artwork mean the final product may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction and to discontinue any product at any time.

Unless otherwise noted, personalized portraits and artwork are for personal, non-commercial use. WallTec retains a limited license to display anonymized versions for marketing or portfolio purposes. If you would like to limit that use, please contact support before placing your order.

Orders, Billing & Account Information

WallTec reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, payment method, or shipping address. If we make a change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, phone number, or billing address provided.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You must promptly update your information when details change so we can process payments through Stripe and fulfill shipments. Optional Tools & Third-Party Services

We may provide access to optional third-party tools (for example, design previews, virtual staging, or finance widgets) that we neither monitor nor control. These tools are provided “as is” without warranties or endorsements.

Any use of third-party tools is at your own risk, and you should review the third party’s terms. We may introduce new features or tools in the future, which will also be subject to these Terms.

Third-Party Links

Some content, products, or services available through our site may include materials from third parties. Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with WallTec. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content and will not be liable for any damages or transactions related to those sites.

Review third-party policies carefully before engaging in any transaction. Complaints or concerns related to third-party products should be directed to the third party.

User Content, Feedback & Artwork Uploads

If you submit ideas, contest entries, testimonials, images, or other materials (collectively, “Submissions”), you grant WallTec a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to edit, publish, and use those Submissions in any medium, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may monitor, edit, or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You agree that your Submissions will not violate any rights of third parties and will not contain malicious code.

You may not impersonate another person or mislead us regarding the origin of a Submission. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of material you provide.

Personal Information & Privacy

Your submission of personal information is governed by the WallTec Privacy Policy available at /privacy-policy. That document explains how we collect, store, and use data, including information processed by AWS, Stripe, and related infrastructure.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted an order).

We undertake no obligation to update or clarify information except as required by law.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set out in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive behavior.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, intimidate, or discriminate.
• Submit false or misleading information or upload malicious code.
• Collect or track personal information about others without consent.
• Spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape the site.
• Interfere with or circumvent security features or payment protections.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any prohibited use.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable. We may suspend or cancel the Service at any time without notice.

You expressly agree that your use of the Service (including AI tools, design previews, or finished artwork) is at your sole risk. Except where explicitly stated, the Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall WallTec, our officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or any products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WallTec LLC and our affiliates, partners, contractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or the rights of another person.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either party. You may terminate them by notifying us that you no longer wish to use the Service, or by ceasing to use the site.

If we believe you have violated these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

Entire Agreement & Waiver

These Terms and any policies posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement between WallTec and you, superseding prior agreements and communications. Any failure by us to enforce a provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to the Terms

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update or change any part of the Terms by posting revisions here. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
